Paaray.com ships its products to almost all parts of Pakistan. Orders placed will be shipped within 24-36 hrs subject to availability. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For orders equal to or above Rs. 1500 (after the application of coupons or any other offer) delivery is FREE for all locations across Pakistan. A flat delivery charge of Rs. 180 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 1500 for all locations across Pakistan. Handling charges may apply on heavy / large items, irrespective of total order value.
These delivery charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Priority Delivery should be received within 2 to 4 business days while Regular Delivery would be within 5 to 7 business days (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos may take a couple of days longer to reach. Deliveries to far and remote towns may take 7-10 business days depending on the location.
Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Withholding Tax etc)
All prices are inclusive of any taxes.
Currently we do not deliver to locations outside Pakistan.

That is why we offer several payment options so that you can choose the one which is most convenient for you:
Cash on Delivery
Pay in Cash at the time of delivery to the courier person while accepting your order. Cash on Delivery orders will be accepted for orders with maximum value of Rs.15,000/-. Cash handling fee of Rs.99 applies for all Cash on Delivery orders.
Placing a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order
1. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select “Cash-on-Delivery”
2. Our Customer Care team will call you to verify the details.
3. Once verified and confirmed the order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.
4. You will be required to make a Cash payment (no cheque or DD will be accepted) by our Courier Partner at the time of delivery.
5. For Cash on Delivery orders packages cannot be opened until complete payment has been made to the courier representative.
6. The courier will not accept any returns at the time of delivery. If you want to return an item, we offer an easy 7 days return policy.
Online Bank / Mobile Payment
You can pay for your order through an online bank / mobile transfer using any of the below given methods. We will send your our bank/mobile payment details after you have placed an order. Your order will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

7 Days Easy Returns
We have a 7 days Easy, No questions asked return policy for all products except for Personal Products such as Diapers, Wipes, Creams due to hygiene reasons.
Products with no return policy include:
Personal Care products such as diapers, wipes, nappies & inner wear
Grooming, bath and skin care products
Oral Care products such as toothbrushes, teethers & soothers
Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.
If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
Please note that the courier will not accept any returns at the time of delivery. If you want to return a product, please follow the below given returns procedure.
Easy Returns Procedure
Step 1: Call or Email Us
Email us at email@example.com or call us on 033-1345-1345 (between 10 AM to 6 PM) telling us about the product(s) you would like to return. We will email you a return label which you can print out or note down by hand.
Step 2: Repack original Packaging
Carefully repack the product(s) you want to return in its original packaging. Ensure all original labels, tags, etc are intact. Paste the return label (printed or handwritten) on the front.
Step 3: Ship the Package
Ship the Package back to us on the address mentioned in the return label through a courier/postal service of your choice. Inform us of the tracking number by emailing or calling us.
Step 4: Refund
Once the product(s) are received at our store, we will process your refund within 7 working days and refund full amount paid for the product(s) through cheque or direct bank transfer. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
7 Days Easy Exchange
In case you want to exchange a product(s) for any reason, we offer an Easy Exchange Policy. Just follow the simple returns procedure given above. And instead of a refund, we will issue you a coupon worth the full amount of your order after which you can place a new order on our site for the item you’d like. We’re unable to directly exchange items.
