How to place an order?
To place an order, go to a product page, select the desired quantity, and add it to your shopping cart by selecting the “Add to Cart” button. Before checking out, you will be prompted to create an account or to log in with your existing account. You can also checkout as a guest without creating an account. In your cart, you can apply any coupons, gift cards, or Refer-a-Friend codes. During checkout, you will simply need to enter or confirm your shipping address and payment information, and place your order.
Any minimum order value?
To place an order, a minimum order value of Rs.800 or more is required.
Are all products displayed on your website available?
We try to ensure the products we carry are always in stock so we can ship them to you fast. However, out of stock items will be marked on the website as soon as they become out of stock. In the rare circumstance where a product is in limited quantity and goes out of stock after you place an order, we will intimate you as soon as possible by giving you a call and confirm how soon the item can be available for delivery.
How can I change or cancel an order?
Once you place an order, you can check its status by logging in and going to “My Account.” Before dispatching your order, we will give you a phone call to confirm your order and delivery address. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please do so before the call or inform us on the call. In order to change an order after you have placed it, you must first cancel your order and then place a new order.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Cash on Delivery (CoD) and Online Bank / Mobile Payment. A fee of Rs.99 applies for Cash on Delivery orders. Click here for more details on Payments.

Can I return my order/item to the courier at the time of delivery?
The courier will not accept any returns at the time of delivery. If you want to return an item, we offer an Easy 7 days returns policy. The procedure to return an item/order can be found on Returns.
How can I check my order status and get order confirmation?
Immediately after your order is placed, you can check its status by going to “My Account.” The order status will be listed as “Order Received.” You are also sent a confirmation e-mail at the same time. When we process your order, we will give you a call to confirm your order and delivery address. Once confirmed, the order status changes to “Order Processed” and when shipped, to “Order Shipped.”
What are your Delivery charges?
We provide Free Delivery across Pakistan for orders above Rs.1500. For orders less Rs.1500, flat delivery charges of Rs.180 will apply. Handling charges may apply on heavy / large items, irrespective of total order value. Click here for more details on Delivery.
Which cities/towns do you deliver? And do you ship Internationally?
We deliver to 200+ cities and towns across Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. However, we plan to serve our customers located outside Pakistan very soon.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Priority Delivery should be received within 2 to 4 business days while Regular Delivery would be within 5 to 7 business days (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos may take a couple of days longer to reach. Deliveries to far and remote towns may take 7-10 business days depending on the location.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking on “Track your Order” link under “My Account” navigation on the top right. You will need to input your order id and email address to track your order.
What is your Return Policy?
Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of items within 7 days of the receiving date, no questions asked and issue a full refund except for Personal Products such as Diapers, Wipes and Creams. I have forgotten my password.
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on “Forgot Password” on the Login screen and follow the steps to reset your password.
How can I change my E-Mail Address Or Password?
You can change your e-mail address or password by logging in and going to “My Account”.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can edit your shipping address book by logging in and going to Your Account. In addition, during the checkout process, you will have the option to add, delete, or edit shipping addresses.
Purchasing Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased in set amounts of Rs.1000/-, Rs.5000/- & Rs.10,000/-.
You can order multiple gift cards and send them by email or regular mail.
Payment for Gift Cards will have to be made in advance.
If you would like to personally deliver the gift card, simply enter your address in the recipient field.
Coupons may not be used to purchase gift cards, but may be used when redeeming gift cards.
Gift cards arrive with a blank greeting card for you to hand-write a personal message.
Redeeming Gift Cards
To redeem, you must have an account. Account setup is easy and free.
Every gift card has a unique code. To redeem, enter this code at checkout.
The Rupee value of your gift card is automatically deducted from the total price of your order. If there is a balance left over, you can use it for your next purchase. You can view any outstanding gift card balances under My Account.
Both a gift card and another payment method may be used to pay for your order. If both are used, we will charge the gift card first; the remaining balance will be charged to the selected payment method.
Unused gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
